AFTER MAKING PAYMENT FOR MOZ LOCAL I WAS ASKED TO CLICK THE LOCATION ID TO GET STARTED BUT IT JUST LOOPS TO THE SUBSCRIPTION PAGE. ALL BUTTONS JUST LOOP.
I SENT 10 EMAILS TO MOZ AND THEY CLAIM TO RESPOND IN 24 HOURS BUT IT HAS BEEN LONGER THAN THAT!
IS THIS A SCAM SERVICE AND WAS I JUST ROBBED OF MY MONEY!!! HOW DO I CALL THESE PEOPLE SINCE THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING TO EMAILS!!! ???/

Solved "Your location could not be saved"
I have several locations on MOZ Local. I haven't had any trouble before, but now when I try to update anything (on any location) I get this error "Your location could not be saved" and if I attempt to navigate off the page it reminds me that my changes won't be saved. ???? I don't see anything wrong with any entries.

Moz Local and Apple Maps: How does the listing update work?
Hello, how are apple maps updated via Moz Local? We have a client who changed their business name within the last six months. We noticed one of the few items that has not changed to date within their Moz dashboard is the name of the business on Apple Maps. In the Accuracy grid, the only item not checked within the Apple Maps column is the business name. Does anyone know how this process works within the Moz Local portal? Is there something we can do to advance the name change on our end? Thank you.

“XXX Close” and “XXX Cl” showing up as inconsistencies of the same address in Moz Local checker
I was using the moz local check listing feature to check one of our clients whos addresses is “XXX Close” When i check listing in moz local i get 2 options of the site : with address “XXX Close” with address “XXX Cl” If i click on the “XXX Close” version it shows me listing where the address is written as “XXX Cl” as being inconsistent and visa versa if i click on the “XXX Cl” version. (this happens as some sites reformat the text, ive submitted them all as “XXX Close”) Is the something to be concerned about ? eg. could it effect rankings or does google understand that they are the same ?

Moz Local - Multiple locations - How to Add another Location
Hello, Im so new to Moz Local and currently I have 2 of my clients using the service. I'm trying to add a second location for one of my client. Can anyone give me insight...step by step on How to do this? Please take a look at the screenshot. Also I believe it shows the second location as a duplicate? Best Practice on how to approach this? Moz Local Listing Score
Hi there, I purchased MozLocal for my firm on February 27th, about 7 and a half weeks ago to the day. While I've been waiting for the results to populate and the program to do it's work, I've been manually updating all the other listings with photos and categories based off the "missing info" Moz Local provides. Throughout the last almost 8 weeks, my listing score has increased a total of 1%. At this point, should I expect to see any further results from this tool? I'm still seeing "Update in progress", yet it seems enough time has passed for at least something to happen. After two months of waiting, I'm wondering if I would have been better off updating these listings myself. Does anyone have any idea when/if I should be seeing any results?
