Automatically Check List of Sites For Links To Specific Domain

Hi all,
Can anyone recommend a tool that will allow me to put in a list of about 200 domains that are then checked for a link back to a specific domain?
I know I can do various link searches and use Google site: command on a site by site basis, but it would be much quicker if there was a tool that could take the list of domains I am expecting a link on and then find if that link exists and if so on what page etc.
Hope this makes sense otherwise I have to spend a day doing it by hand - not fun!

I would recommend Screaming Frog as well, but a couple free alternatives were recently mentioned in a YOUMOZ post, http://azwa.1clkaccess.in/ugc/conduct-a-backlink-profile-analysis-with-excel-case-study

You can use screaming frog for this but you need to have the paid version which is £99 per year. It can also do tons of other things and I highly recommend it.
This article explains how to use this to see if links have been removed which will also tell you if they still exist.

Domain still not being found in search
Hi guys, I've been handed a client who needs some seo work. I've tweaked one of their pages to focus on a chosen keywords about 4 months back but still the site is not even visible using the new Domain Analysis tool from moz and it still won't rank at all for the keywords. Am I missing something here? Is there something blocking the SERP from listing the website? I've ran a site: search on Google and it returns 283 results on the website. My domain longfeifei.com is for a regular company website and someone sent a lot of external links on different low-quality websites on the internet. Now the score is very high about 75%. Why did my DA and Links go down?
How could I begin to research this to find out why we have less total links and a lower domain authority. Our DA has gone down two points and our total links dropped by a few thousand. I'd like to find out why that happened but I'm just not sure where to start. Thanks!

How is domain authority related to country top level domains?
I've noticed that for some country top level domains (tld) the domain authority returned by open site explorer is based on the domain that has been registered within the tld. For example, domainname.co.uk provides a domain authority specific to the domain. However, for some other country top level domains, this does not appear to be the case. Examples I have found include: domainname.co.nr domainname.co.pt domainname.co.ee For these top level domains the domain authority seems to be the same for every domainname, seemingly implying the domain authority is for the top level domain itself rather than for the domain. Is this a common situation for many country top level domains, so that what I see going in here is the tip of a large iceberg, or does this situation just apply to a very isolated set of country top level domains?

What do you use for site audit
What tools do you use for conducting a site audit? I need to do an audit on a site and the seomoz web crawler and on page optimization will takes days if not a full week to return any results. In past Ive used other tools that I could run on the fly and they would return broken links, missing htags, keyword density, server information and more. Curious as to what you all use and what you may recommend to use in conjunction with the moz tools.

Domain.com and domain.com/index.html duplicate content in reports even with rewrite on
I have a site that was recently hit by the Google penguin update and dropped a page back. When running the site through seomoz tools, I keep getting duplicate content in the reports for domain.com and domain.com/index.html, even though I have a 301 rewrite condition. When I test the site, domain.com/index.html redirects to domain.com for all directories and root. I don't understand how my index page can still get flagged as duplicate content. I also have a redirect from domain.com to www.domain.com. Is there anything else I need to do or add to my htaccess file? Appreciate any clarification on this.
